REQUIREMENTS

  1. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUBMISSION
    • Visa application form, well completed and signed;
    • 2 color identity photo, format 3.5* 4.5 cm, with face, bareheaded on a clear
      and solid background;
    • Passport (original + copy) having at least 06 months of validity and at least 02
      blank pages for entry / departure endorsements;
    • Proof of necessary financial availability to cover the stay (03 months bank statements) ;
    • Vaccination certificate against yellow fever.
    • Employment Letter (must be translate into french)
    • A return or onward ticket
    • Invitation Letter or hôtel réservation

For foreign résidents in South Africa or in any country of our jurisdiction

    • Temporary or Permanent Résident Permit for re-entry in the country of stay

 

  1. PROOF FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIP

♦    Trip with touristic nature or private:

    • Invitation Letter/ Original note of the host in case of accommodation
      at the individual
    • Proof of hôtel réservation
    • Proof of documents certifying the trip participation of the organized

♦   Trip with professional character :

    • Invitation of the partner company
    • Ail documents certifying the company’s activities

Fees

3 months multiple entry visa     1500 South African Rands

Express Visa                                  2000 South African Rands     (issued in 2 days)

 

SUBMISSION : Mondays and Wednesdays from 10h00 to 15h00

Visa fees are not refundable

Courier (DHL/FEDEX)

NB: The Embassy does not bear costs for courier services. All applicants residing far from Gauteng or in the surrounding countries, who cannot apply in person,  are advised to approach their nearest courier services for enquiries and contact the Embassy regarding money transfer details. Incomplete application will be rejected and the visa fee is non refundable.
